Amazing Team 2I have never had a bad experience with pediatrics at oak orchard health in Brockport. The staff is very friendly IMO. All of the pediatric providers here are wonderful! However, Janette Saxton is our go to provider. She has amazing bedside manner and you can tell that she actually cares about her patients overall well-being. She is an amazing person.

My life has drastically improved since I began seeing Dr. Shenandoah Dole at Oak Orchard Health in Warsaw, NY. The only doctor that has ever helped me figure out my health issues. The staff are extremely friendly and theres always a familiar face to make me comfortable each visit. I would absolutely recommend Oak Orchard Health based on my experiences.

I love Oak Orchard and have used them for years. My Doctor is amazing and attentive, Thank you Shauna! I’m actually here on behalf of my 24 yo daughter and her father who have had scheduled appointments with Dr. Punch cancelled and rescheduled multiple times. This is unacceptable. My daughter loves her but is becoming increasingly frustrated with not only having to reschedule, but rescheduling for weeks later. Please Dr. Punch, honor the appointments your patients make, their time and health are equally important to yours.

No one stays consistent. Was told to have my daughter stop using Byte system because it caused 4 cavities. She goes to the dentist every 6 months, has never had an issue, started using Byte in July had 4 cavities for the first time in Dec. was told due to Byte system. As soon as a letter was requested the dentist REFUSED to write a letter as Byte said they would refund if it was the cause. My husband was in the room when it was told to him it was the cause of her cavities and to immediately stop using. Today he said it’s from bacteria and that aligners can not cause cavities. So now in 7 weeks once the 4 cavities have been filled the story changes. My daughter brushes her teeth in the morning and at night and prior to putting the aligners in when she was using them AND flosses. He wants to come to collect the $ but doesn’t want to help the patient. I will be removing all 3 of my children and my husband and myself from this practice for dental and suggest no one comes for dental!!!!!

While my experience is not in office, I have had a LOT of event interaction through work and I had the absolute privilege of being stationed next to Oak Orchard at my latest event. I wholeheartedly wish I lived closer as I’ve never seen such kind, compassionate staff. I have no doubt they take great care of the folks who have the opportunity to be patients! My son has not stopped talking about bringing his new stuffy to the doctor!
