Just started going here about a year ago... had visits and appointments set for months, and we get a TEXT MESSAGE on a Friday that their closing their doors. Now we have to scramble to find new dentist and start the process over again. How after 56 years do they think this is acceptable? Thank you for nothing

I’ve been coming here for 7yrs and have never had a problem. My appointment today with my 3 boys went well with the dentist. They were extremely nice and made my children comfortable. However the receptionist Sue at the front was rude. She made me feel uncomfortable with how she was responding to me with questions I had as if I was annoying her. Even as we entered for our appointment it wasn’t the best experience. Overall today was a terrible experience as we checked out.

The staff are extremely rude, dentist never there. I had scans done that showed a cavity, yet I still had to explain to the lady I had a cavity that got filled wrong before when I was younger. After they filled the cavity 6 months later (cause they are super booked up) and never filed down the filling so I can’t floss. I explained this to them and they still didn’t fix it. When I went in for my cleaning (I had to wait 40 minutes for after my scheduled time) they had to do another scan cause they didn’t do the right one last appointment. They told me I had a lot of cavities but hesitated to show me the xray after I asked where the cavities were located they were vague about it and never showed me exactly where. I was rushed through my whole appointment and then told to deal with it by the receptionist. They definitely only want to take your money, DON’T TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE!

DO NOT GO HERE!! If you want to pay extra of THOUSANDS dollars to get your teeth fixed then don’t go here. They were supposed to put a crown on my root canal… never did or mentioned it and i had to get the tooth EXTRACTED! Do not bring your children here, do not recommend it to anyone, they are horrible!! So ashamed I ever went here. I have paid an extra $7,000 for THEIR MISTAKES. I’m strongly advising you do not go here.

100% recommend this office for pediatric dental care. Today was my 2 year olds first visit to the dentist and it went amazing. Jenny ( the hygienist) came right out to the waiting room and got down to my toddlers level and immediately was interacting with her and looking at books while speaking to her dad and I. When we got back to the chair she took the time to show my daughter all the tools on the tray, what they do and how the chair worked. When it came time to actually count and clean her teeth, she was very patient, calm and reassuring. When she was finished she gave my daughter a high 5 and told her how great she did. It was a very pleasant experience and I’m so glad we chose the Ogden dental group for our daughter.
