From a outside provider POV... Requesting records is not easy. HIPAA does not require a signed release, for continuation of care (considered as permitted use), but their on-site record company insists they need it or proof of referral. Or have their doctor call to send to us. What? So, we need to delay a scan impression until the patient shows up to sign the release. That is ridiculous patient care.

Yesterday you had an appointment in that place, the old woman who gave me the songram, I didn’t like it at all, they don’t know how to treat patients, she has shit in her head, she told me that I had to use the bathroom and she told me in such an ugly way that I didn’t need to. my urine that he was not interested in and that bathroom was dirty and disgusting I will never go to that place again that

Well, I went to two appointments at that place, one was a mammogram, the other was an ultrasound. When I went for the ultrasound appointment, I told the old woman in front that I should change my last name. Well, she didn’t feel like changing my information. I will never go back there, they are bad class and when they did the ultrasound, the old man said that he had nothing and didn’t know what to say, he prescribed me a cream and nothing, I realized that they don’t care about the patients, they just want to charge the insurance and nothing more than better, he likes to earn money without doing anything. Well, I won’t waste my time in that place again. That’s a waste of time. In this state, there is no doctor who is useful for anything. I don’t know how doctors are if they don’t care about the patient’s health.
