They are awesome. Really got their systems and processes in check - was nice to fill out forms online and even schedule appoints. That’s the type of efficiency we need in 2024! No one got time to a stack of papers, clip boards and old pens. Everyone was great. Place was sparkling clean. No complaints here. Bed side manner was immaculate. Dentists and hygienists crack me up tho. These people will have all 10 fingers. An elbow. A mirror. And a probe in your mouth and they still be asking you philosophical life questions like describe to me your experience of your first born and contrast that with your journey to my dental office 😂… and do it in Shakespearean prose.

Lucky me! I am new to town and on Christmas Day I broke a crown eating popcorn at the movies. I did not know where to turn. I had no dentist in Minneapolis. I read reviews and website profiles. I developed a list of about a half dozen possibilities and started calling. Only one office answered their phone, probably because of the holiday period. Cat at West Lake Dental not only answered my call at 7:50 am but welcomed it, and had me in a chair at 9:10am. But, wait for it...by the time I got to the office she had my files from my previous dentist in Chicago. Dr. Smars treated me with great care, compassion and professionalism. Mary, her assistant in the procedure, made me comfortable and communicated every step along the way. Their office is bright and clean and modern. Their information systems and are efficient and user friendly. The people are super friendly and kind. Yay!, I found my new dentist in Uptown! Save yourself the time and angst. Trust me, these are the folks we are all looking for.

I have gone to West Lake Dental for over 30 years and have never had a bad experience. Super friendly, always on time and excellent dental care. Dr. Kale Langley is so kind and does an excellent job maintaining my teeth and the office provides a safe and healthy atmosphere, highest standards of infection control. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommended!

Who likes going to the dentist? I do! Have been going to West Lake Dental Center for years. Doctor Erickson is very thorough, and does not recommend unneeded services. Hope he never retires! Julie, my hygienist, is friendly and interested not just in my teeth, but me and my family! Going here is like spending time with good friends!
