I would recommend CUHCC because the staff is patient and kind. Dr. Duale does genuinely care about my health . 🙂👍

Review for Dental Clinic Only, the dental clinic is untrustworthy, uncaring and unacceptable practice just poor treatment of patients, from scheduling deliberately blocking access to new patient appt, to cancelling of appt. without informing patients and lying about calling an/or leaving voice mail. I was pushed around for several weeks to get a new patient appointment, after going to the clinic complaining about this and asking to speak to a manager, I was given an appt. 2 months out by someone. Awaited the long appt. and the day off the appt I was initially told my appointment was the day before and that I missed it. When I showed proof it was not missed, I was then told appt. was cancelled due to a provider calling in sick. When asking why I was not notified, I was told my voice mail was full which was untrue. Reschedule is 2 months out. This whole deal was so upsetting, disappointing and beyond inconvenience to say the least.

I have received excellent care here. I have never had an appointment canceled without a call. I am always heard by the staff & they have gone above and beyond when I have had issues with insurance coverage for prescriptions. I also see how their doors are open to anyone in need of care I admire how they are ready to help people get coverage & care

Poor communication. Appointments frequently canceled. They claim they call the patient to notify them, but in several instances this appears not to be the case. They are understaffed, so sometimes it’s very hard to get through on the phone. Arrive early for your appointment. If you’re on time but end up waiting a while in the check-in line, you might end up being marked as late and thus the provider won’t see you. The people who work here are doing their best and try to be friendly, so I don’t really blame them. However this place needs to hire more staff, and they probably need more funding. This comment isn’t about the providers themselves but rather the administrative side of things. There are some good providers here, but plenty of room for improving the overall experience.
