Not professional, or caring when it comes to your teeth. I’m still in pain 3 weeks later. Now they want to send me to another clinic because I raised concern. I will be getting another dentistry to look at my teeth to see if I have nerve damage caused by them.

They have awesome dentists and assistants and have awesome customer service. Why are they receiving such a low rating? Because if you call to come in to see them they will schedule you seven months out. I’m not sure how this would work for an emergency but seven months out is definitely an extremely long time!! Will you guys be doing something about this?

The dentist older white male gray hair very rude will be reporting him to the dental association. Condensending. Rude got in my face would not allow me to leave when I asked to end conversation and I would like to leave. Here you have no say over your overall treatment and health.. I went to Dakota dental and had no issues get you a privately owned dentist clinic. That will listen to what you do or don’t want 8m your body.

They are ultimate professionals at this location! My grandmother has a hard time with health appointments and specifically dental work. She is extremely afraid of getting any dental procedure done. The folks at HealthPartners Dental Clinic were so kind and patient with her during her visit and subsequent tooth pulling procedure. They got the work done even though she was being kind of difficult. Thank you so much for your kindness, patience, and professionalism!

First off, the dentists were friendly and helpful. I had a great experience with them. Secondly, the reception staff is the worst of all healthpartners. I’ve been ghosted, redirected, and screwed out of dentist work. To have them take days to respond to anything and then when I arrive at my appointment it wasn’t even what I was looking to get, only to have to wait again for them to take days to respond. If you want to call and make an appointment I’d suggest any other clinic. It’ll save you the frustration and time wasted I went through
