I was looking for a new primary care provider after changing my job and insurance and I thought it would be nice to see a doctor in my neighborhood. What a mistake! I have never had such a frustrating experience with a healthcare provider. I spent several hours on the phone trying to get my prescription refilled. Then the provider assigned to me—Alma Rosignoli—refused to refill it until I met her for a physical. She wouldn’t even give me enough medication to get me to the day of the appointment! Then they called to reschedule my appointment the Friday before it was scheduled. Apparently I am supposed to go another 2–3 weeks without my medication. Refusing to refill my prescription was an unnecessarily cruel move by Alma Rosignoli. Rescheduling that appointment at the last minute was just plain mean. And throughout the last few months, communicating with Southside CHS has been somehow even more frustrating than communicating with larger providers. I give up.

Recently moved to the area and needed a new clinic. My first visit was great. Very thorough check-up. Doctor, nurses and blood technician were very professional and helpful with insurance billing. I have even received a friendly follow-up call. Thorough, professional and kind!

I cannot express how thankful I am for the exceptional care and support my family and I received at Southside Community Clinic. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to accommodate our urgent need for a medical appointment for my dad. When we spoke with their Director of Executive, Ann, she immediately put us at ease with her positive demeanor and genuine concern for my dad’s well-being. She made it her mission to find us a quick appointment, and her efforts made a world of difference during a stressful time. Dr. Ali, the physician we met at the clinic, was absolutely phenomenal. She provided five-star services with a level of care and expertise that left us in awe. Dr. Ali’s compassionate approach and thorough examination not only addressed my dad’s medical concerns but also made him feel comfortable and cared for. But the exceptional care didn’t end there. The nurse who assisted us during our visit was an absolute delight. Her kind and nurturing nature made the entire experience more pleasant. She demonstrated a level of dedication and professionalism that deserves special recognition. Southside Community Clinic truly stands out as a beacon of light in the healthcare industry. Their team’s commitment to patient well-being and the genuine care they extend to their patients make them a rare find in today’s fast-paced world. Our family is beyond grateful for the peace of mind and the top-notch medical care we received at Southside Community Clinic. If I could give this clinic a zero star rating, I would. My mom and I have been going here for quite sometime with some minor problems that could be overlooked, but today and tonight were the last straws. Our pharmacy has been calling them for days to refill my mom’s medication. They NEVER contacted the pharmacy back. I called in hopes of lighting a fire under them and get the medication that she NEEDS to breathe refilled. At first I called during business hours. I spoke to someone who said their protocol now is to have patients call them directly for prescription refills. I asked when that changed, but could not get a straight answer. I asked to speak to the clinic manager, but was told the manager was busy. I asked to be transferred so I could leave a message, but was told the manager doesn’t have VM. REALLY?!!?! NO VM?!!?! I just called the after hours service, but was told they refused to call a provider because the after hours providers don’t do prescription refills. So, now my mom has been without her breathing medication for over 5 days now. I am mortified and disgusted that this is how they treat patients. My mom needs her medication and no one cares enough to make sure she has it. We will be finding a new clinic. It is so poorly managed and no one seems to care. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, no nurse has ever called me back (as promised) to resolve this and get my mom’s prescriptions ordered. Your reason for the"black hole" does not seem valid as that provider has been gone for months now and my mom’s prescriptions have been filled by your clinic since then.... so I’m not sure how suddenly it’s a black hole. After working some magic, I was able to get her prescriptions refilled, no thanks to the nurse that never carried me back, or the guy that took my call. Thanks for the added stress and anxiety over a holiday weekend. 😡 The question still remains... when did your policy change about WHO needs to request refills? I never got that answer, nor did I ever find out when that changed and/or how that was communicated to patients. The guy who took my phone call on Friday refused to transfer me to the clinic manager AND told me the manager had no voicemail. I KNOW that to be untrue. And.... your after hours service is horrible. I was desparate at that point because my mom had been without her breathing medication for days, and the person I spoke to was rude, disrespectful and uncaring. She should be fired. She does not belong working in Healthcare. The reason providers are on call are for things like this. The irresponsibility of your clinic and after hours service put my mom’s health in danger and I REFUSE to put her in that situation again, period. We will not be returning.

Southside clinic is topnotch. I’ve been a patient for several years. I am extremely satisfied with the service and help I receive. Dr. Heidi is my primary physician. She is always patient and extremely kind and explains everything in detail. The staff is great, always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Southside. Thank you all so much 5 out of 5 stars 🌟 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 🌟
