MY COVID 19 Experience! I have been coming here for many years and the staff and Doctors are GREAT! They are Friendly, Caring and care about me as a person. The dental treatment has always been gentle but thorough. They always made sure I did not need work done, that I did not need. During this time with Covid 19, I had a terrible tooth ache. I called and left a message late at night. Even knowing they were not doing regular cleanings or basic exams, they called me right back in the morning and saw me the next day. This is my example, I thought for sure my tooth had some how had gotten infected, with the pain I was in. I walked in and they all had masks, shields and gloves on. They made sure everything was clean and sanitized. They took X-rays and thoroughly ex amend my mouth. It turned out that I only had an infected gum above that tooth. They did not try to tell or sell me more work done on my teeth then what I needed. They got me some antibiotics, pain meds and a strong mouth wash. My pain went away almost immediately. The pain has not came back, I am so grateful. I thank all of them at MN Dental care

This place is awesome, I don’t understand the one star reviews... I’ve been coming here for years for myself and my kids and have had better experiences than anywhere else! Nonjudgmental staff, kind front desk people, minimal wait times, and best of all you can get most everything done in one visit if you’d like (xrays, cleanings, fillings, sealant, extractions, etc)... they are amazing & do a great job! Thanks guys!

I have been going to this place for 7 or 8 years .They are fantastic. Every time I can an issue. They get me right in and do a great job at fixing whatever is wrong. They’re very nice and make you comfortable and laugh. If you’re in pain or need a good dentist. Minnesota dental is the place to go. I highly recommend it.

I had a very nice experience and am honestly surprised by the negative reviews. The staff was so helpful and worked with me to sort out an insurance issue that popped up on their end--I wouldn’t have known about it otherwise--and they stayed on the phone with my insurance for a good while to make sure it was rectified. The hygienist was very friendly and my teeth were sparkling when he was finished. The dentist answered my questions and gave very good direction on how to address an issue I was having. All around, I could not ask for more. I’m scheduling my second appointment now and thought it would be a good time to chime in.

After my insurance changed and I had to find a new dentist I wound up getting a cleaning and a filling at Minnesota Dental on Lake St and 4th Ave. I had a terrible experience all around. The hygienist and the dentist that saw me were cold and had poor bedside manner and I really didn’t feel comfortable at all. 18 months later I had to have the same filling removed! There was decay on the tooth and it needed to be completely redone. Thankfully I took my time selecting a new dentist after crowdsourcing for recommendations and got the work done well at a place that made me feel super comfortable and cared for.
