I’m very surprised to see such negative reviews! Dr. Moss is the best dentist that I have ever had! He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explains each tool, procedure, and x-ray image in a way that is unintimidating and easy to comprehend (i.e. no medical jargon), which, for me, demonstrates his compassion and overall sensitivity to his patients’ fears (dentist appointments can be scary!). The receptionists and other supporting staff members are friendly, efficient, and often hilarious. The office is also decorated with fun music posters. I highly recommend this establishment!!!

My elderly mother needed an extraction and Dr. Sayers was very knowledgeable and friendly at the consultation appointment. The front office staff dropped the ball completely and did not put her extraction appointment on the calendar for the correct day or time and did not even contact her when she "missed" the wrong appointment time. On the day the appointment should have been she called them to confirm and they had a hard time even finding her in their records. Then they proceeded to make her feel bad about not calling them sooner. Be prepared for a confusing front office experience and good luck getting your appointment scheduled correctly. Very disappointing and my mother was very upset.
