Cataldo Family Dentistry

Honestly the best experience with a dentist I’ve had. I unfortunately had to move away and haven’t been able to find another dentist who was as gentle and efficient as Dr. Cataldo. I have extreme anxiety when going to the dentist and sensitive teeth and he was very responsive and made sure I didn’t feel a thing stopping to numb me further when I felt pain.

Always a great experience here. And I am quite nervous with dental procedures! The hygienists are gentle with the cleaning and and always friendly. Dr Cataldo has fixed many of my cavities and has been very patient and reassuring. And just today, could not find my dang insurance card! So the receptionist went above and beyond to call the company and get the info!! Love these people!

I was considering coming to this dentist office as a new patient and was looking forward to meeting the dentist but my very negative experience with Zarah over the phone has changed my mind. She was insulting and condescending from the very beginning of our conversation and it only got worse from there. It all came to a head when she insulted me then said to me: "if you’re going to insult me then this call isn’t going to go well." At that point, I asked to speak to the manager because I didn’t appreciate how she was speaking to me. She said she was the manager so I then asked to speak to the dentist as I thought he should be aware of how she had handled my call. I had a fine conversation with the dentist but would not feel comfortable coming to his office knowing I’d have to encounter Zarah. If she acted this way with me over the phone, then I couldn’t expect it to be much better in person.

I have been going to this dentist for many years (5-8 years???) and have always had a good experience. Dr. Cataldo is very professional & up-to-date on medical technology. They are very good at getting you in right at your appointment time, sending reminders before appointments, and the hygienists are really friendly. My husband and my two children also trust Dr. Cataldo. They are great! I would highly recommend this office!

The office is in a great location, easy access from Minneapolis and Northwest Suburbs. Always such a warm welcome and appreciative, accommodating staff. I can easily see Dr. Cataldo is invested in his practice from Staff, Office presentation and Technology advancements always in place and up to date. It is like coming Home every time I visit. ;-) Come for the personal attention , stay for the beyond quality experience. ~Thank You Dr. Cataldo & Staff
