Trying to resolve everything by phone, or without using their hands ... And charging as they did Would be great if I can make money just talking, I’m a handyman and I have to use my hands to fix stuff, unlike this people.. Keep away from this clinic if you can

I had an appointment February 20th. Woke up not feeling well. Called to cancel, was on hold for 50 minutes. It finally started to ring, after ringing awhile I was disconnected. Which means I was hung up on. I know they’re busy but everything but the doctor helped and some other people there, is absolutely stressful. I’m done with all that. They tell you to stay home when you’re sick, but won’t answer the phone. You can’t get through to make an appointment. There are other places to see a doctor. A little farther but less stressful.

The patient services provided were extremely unsatisfactory. As my mother does not speak English, I am responsible for handling all her appointments and phone calls. However, it was incredibly difficult for her to verify her information as the lady on the phone was extremely rude and refused to assist us without my mother’s verification. I explained that I had already signed authorization forms, but the lady still refused to help and insisted on getting an interpreter. I agreed to this, but instead of following through, she abruptly ended the call. We waited for 45 minutes, only to be told that she couldn’t assist us and she displayed a very rude attitude throughout the interaction.

Online billing payment doesn’t work, I’ve tried calling, left a voicemail and never got called back. I have messaged their billing center on MyChart and gotten nothing back in five days. I would love to pay my bill and just be done with this place but evidently nobody here will help me do that.

Awful clinic, had an appointment scheduled and waited WEEKS for a physical, they canceled the day before my appointment and had nothing until weeks later, UNBELIEVABLE. The front desk agent barely even knew English and said she couldn’t help. This place should be closed down if they aren’t going to assist people correctly, then don’t waste hard working people’s times, unacceptable.
