I chipped a tooth and scheduled a 7am appointment to get it fixed. The dentist was 45 minutes late to the appointment and I didn’t learn he would be late until I had been sitting in the chair chatting with the dental tech for 15 minutes. The office staff kindly gave me a Caribou gift card so I was able to go get a coffee while I waited, which was appreciated. But then the actual experience with the dentist was subpar. He seemed rushed (probably because he was running 45 mins behind) and had to try a few times to get the chip repaired and my tooth looking the same as it had previously. After his first attempt resulted in a tooth that was a very different (and odd) shape than it had been pre-chip, I had to insist he pull up photos of my teeth from my last visit so he could make it similar. Why he didn’t do that to begin with is beyond me...why do they take photos of my teeth if they aren’t going to use them?! I won’t be going back.

To start off, scheduling staff Sammy, Nancy, and Tracy are all completely unprofessional. Sammy, Nancy, and Tracy, you should all be extremely embarrassed and ashamed of the way you treat patients. Instead of answering a simple question, they would rather give you the run around and put you on hold while they “check something” for 15+ minutes 6 times in a row. If you’re looking for a dental practice that actually cares about patients and not just money, LOOK ELSEWHERE. These people are extremely difficult and not accommodating at all. I missed an appointment because my elderly dog was sick and I had to take my dog to the vet to be put to sleep, no sympathy or consideration of the circumstance, they refuse to let me schedule an appointment now unless it’s “same day,” let’s be real, unless you are unemployed or retired, a same day appointment is not realistic and most people don’t have time to call every location every day to try to get an appointment. Aside from scheduling staff being absolutely horrendous, they will rush through all dental work because they just want the money and don’t actually care how it turns out. One dentist that did a filling for me was extremely condescending and when I asked for laughing gas because I have anxiety about dental work, he decided it would be a good idea to give me laughing gas and no novocain out of spite because he was mad that I asked for laughing gas due to the extra time it took to administer. He laughed while doing my filling that I sobbed through the entire time because I could feel everything he was doing to my tooth, I didn’t realize that this wasn’t normal because this was the second dental procedure I’d had in my entire life. On another note, they will try to push unnecessary dental work on you for profit. The same dentist insisted that I have would need a root canal when in reality after getting a second opinion, all I needed was the minor filling. I am so happy that I am no longer giving my money to such a horrendous business, literally any other practice is better than Park Dental.

Been going there for about 1 year. First thing I had done was a root canal and after experienced extreme vertigo. Thought it was a 1 off. Next appointment I missed because the date was changed and I showed up on the wrong day. My fault, I’ll take the blame. Next appointment I could get was 2 months out. Had more work done and again got extreme vertigo. As I got up, told the tech I was dizzy and she just said “ahh you’ll be ok”. I wasn’t, had to call for a ride home. So did some research and a patient of mine who was a dentist for 50 years said it was due to being flat instead of at an angle and to request they work at a 15 degree angle. Anyhow, I had to cancel my Thursday appt because of my job and also being afraid to once again be out with vertigo. I canceled on a Monday and now I’m on the naughty list. They will only let me schedule same day appointments. How does that work when you can’t even get in for 2 months? No sympathy from them, they could care less if I ever come back, which I won’t. The last filling I got is rough and feels uneven. Very disappointed with the service and lack of compassion for what I went through.

Only reason they get a two is for the actual dentist team, dr Weiss is great & his techs are awesome too, would be higher rating for the actual dental team. The office/admin team here are awful, made a payment agreement and they didn’t notate anywhere on their end, continued to harass me by phone and mail and have now threatened to send to collections an $80 bill that I have a payment agreement on. Do not recommend.

We’ve been really impressed with their pediatric care over the years. My 10-year-old recently had a cavity filled (first one) and she was pretty nervous. The team did a great job of helping her stay relaxed and really listened to make sure she was ok as they worked through the procedure. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back for needs for our whole family.
