Went in for a consult referred by my normal dentist. came up with multiple plans for care for me to choose from. Insurance estimates weren’t quite ready-no problem. Said they would email over to me when it was complete. Had to call to remind and still haven’t heard back over 2 weeks later. Very disappointing service.

100 percent would avoid. Ambushed me saying I had to pay in full. Would not work with me with a plan. So now I pay intest for my Healthcare. Awesome Desk lady is slow and inconsiderate. They don’t want to listen. They want to tell you how Healthcare works. Avoid. Update. Temporary filling came out. While I didn’t shop around. I’m sure another facility is willing to work with people and answer their phones. Just go somewhere else. Nothing special here but money grabs.

Go somewhere where people want to work with you. Where they understand if you dont want swipe your credit so you pay interest on healthcare. They penalize you for not fitting their image. They dont listen. It ls my job as a patient to listen. Avoid.

I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve had an appointment scheduled for two weeks only for Stephanie to cancel it, saying they don’t accept state insurance week after the fact. Dr. Julie and The Dental Specialist staff practice discriminatory practices not aligned within the community.

Two days ago I had a root canal with Dr Royal for a calcified tooth. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the procedure was easy and completely pain free. Two days later I haven’t felt even the slightest discomfort. The assistant also did an exceptional job explaining exactly what was going to happen and what I could expect. Both Dr Royal and his assistant have 20+ years of experience. I got in right away for a consult but it did take a couple months to get an appointment for the root canal itself. I can’t complain--my discomfort beforehand was minimal so I don’t mind waiting. I’ve heard they can get people in much faster if they’re in more pain than I was. All in all an easy experience, much to my surprise. Root canals get a worse reputation than they deserve. Highly recommend
