I have reserved great treatment couple of times but they called me on the day of appointment that I made couple of month in advance and told me that I am not covered through my insurance. I called my insurance and they said that is wrong information, their office is covered under my insurance. I have lost 2 month of my time and could go to someone else by now. They need to do better job varyfying insurance in advance. Also, insurance agency told me there is no records that anybody called them in Minnesota. Really? What is that about?
