The dentist literally refused to clean my teeth without an out-of-pocket $300+ “ultrasonic cleaning”. She would not scrape my teeth. What kind of dentist office is this? I’ve never heard of such a thing or felt so pressured to get an expensive out of pocket medical procedure. I was a customer a few months back and this still bugs me so I wrote this because I feel it’s my only power to let people know this place STINKS! (This is not my real name)

Many things I like about this office. They do not try and shame you for not flossing every day. They understand that some of us are not fond of drills & such, so Nitrous Gas is available, Dr. Jakubas understands that when a simple cavity turns into a root-cannel with a crown, will help to figure out a payment plan when insurance (if you are lucky enough to have it) says "are you sure you need a crown, we don’t think so."
