I’m pretty sure nobody likes going to the dentist for anything and it takes a lot of courage to just try and make an appointment to go see one. I called to schedule an appointment for a tooth extraction and was told they don’t except any "new" patients unless you are the age of 65+ or have a "special" case. Was told to go to a different clinic. Maybe they work around referrals? True or not, I wouldn’t be wasting my time calling here if you are "new". I wouldn’t write this review if they had mentioned this on their website which I cannot find anything in regards to this.

I was a new pt at Apple Tree dental. I broke a tooth off at the gumline. They were able to get me in for consult the next day! They also were able to schedule an extraction and cleaning within a couple of weeks. Because I’ll get a medication that does not allow me to have dental treatment for 6 months They did an urgent appt for a couple weeks. Now I’ll be able to get my dental treatment done before my injection. On top of that I was late and they were still able to do the consultation. ( great first impression, right, ?) Everyone was so kind and caring. It was a wonderful appointment. Thanks to all the great staff!

It was my first appointment for a crown prep here today. I was very impressed by the dentist I had and his assistant. They made me feel very comfortable, and explained everything, were very swift and detailed and did everything correct, so it didn’t have to be redone, and, I guess it’s had no pain.They were very professional, thorough, very nice, and they made my experience so much better. : )

I first chose Appletree dental because I liked the name, but I have found a truly wonderful dental clinic behind that friendly name. The staff are so kind and patient with a true "scairdy cat" and the quality of their work is excellent. And even though I walk through their door only twice a year, the young man at the reception counter always greets me by name. Talk about "personal care"!
