Clear Lakes Dental - Downtown Saint Paul

Thank you for replying to my original review, now I fully understand the reason for the distractions during my cleaning. Given that, it was obvious that the new assistant was having a lot of difficulty controlling the rinser and taking direction from the lead while doing this, often spilling water across my face. I understand it takes time to learn all the various equipment being used but I felt this person was a little too inexperienced with that particular device at that time. I think a little more acclimation with the equipment would be beneficial prior to working on a patient. Thank you!!!

I was new to the clinic and walk in with severe pain. I was treated promptly and with nothing but total respect. All of the staff were extremely polite and professional. I ended up seeing Dr Xiong and she set me up with someone to do extraction with was done 3 hours later. Everything was take care of within 5 hours. The only suggestion would be for extractions and such done in that office. Thank you Clear Lakes Dental. I have referred you to others

Went to my appointment today early. I’m thinking it’s Friday so let me get there and hopefully I’ll be able to get seen early NOT ONLY DID I GET SEEN EARLY but I was done by 3:00pm when my scheduled time to go to the appointment was 3:30pm mind you, I got there at 2:30. Pretty much what I’m trying to say is, your time is not wasted here the dentist was gentle and got the job done and I wish you can see this beautiful smile of mines. Literally when I say my front FRONT TOOTH WAS IN HALF you wouldn’t believe it when you see me walk out of there. This place is a gem. Both locations. After my dental work, I was even scheduled for a tooth cleaning as early as Monday, when I tell you I’m on cloud 9, I’m very pleased with this whole establishment seriously. When it comes to making sure that top quality care is given to the patients, with the upmost respect and knowledge you can guarantee you’ll receive it here at Clear Lakes Dental. I cannot Thank-you enough for the experience.

I was a regular patient at this clinic and was told to come to the walk in clinic at 9 am because I have an abscess tooth and was in an extreme amount of pain and no appointment was available. My face was swollen and I was in tears. The receptionist was short with me and told me that the only way I’d be seen is if someone canceled. I explained my situation of dealing with this horrible pain and being out of town while this was going on and she had zero empathy. No change, she said I’d likely sit there all day and not be seen. I had been going to this clinic regularly for 2 years. I find this treatment unacceptable and I will not return.

In and out for my appointment and the service was excellent! The best part... I LOVED the staff (Shout out to Miss Lauren!). They were all knowledgeable, patient, and willing to go above and beyond to help. If you’re looking for a Medicaid friendly dental office, this has got to be the best... BY FAR!
