Henseler & Kocian Orthodontics

We love Henseler and Kocian Ortho! From the orthodontists to the dental assistants to the staff - everyone is so kind and welcoming and seems to love what they do. They do a very thorough job explaining every part of the process, and I am confident we received excellent advice and the best care. Not to mention the rewards system - made my daughter look forward to every visit and have an urgency to get there on time, because she wanted to earn more points! My daughter just got her braces off and we couldn’t be more pleased! Highly recommend this office. Thank you HK ortho!

What a wonderful place! Everyone so friendly..from front desk all the way to the orthodontist. Never felt rushed and each person there treated my son very well. He has straight teeth now and is more confident with his smile.

I cannot recommend Henseler & Kocian highly enough. Every staff member is incredibly kind and courteous. We are always greeted with an enthusiastic smile and they are always running on time. They treated my son with respect and involved him in his treatment process, talking TO him instead of about him as if he weren’t there. They always made sure to find out if he had any questions, comments or concerns. Dr. Henseler is a perfectionist when it came to my son’s teeth and his hard work and dedication has paid off. My son is so proud of his smile! He got his braces off a week ago and he has been beaming ever since. Now that our daughter is starting her braces journey, we know she is in great hands. We want to say a huge thank you to everyone at Henseler and Kocian!!

This practice is the best clinic/dental office I have ever experienced. We have been through 2 courses of braces with Henseler and Kocian and I would highly recommend this practice to everybody. They are the most organized, skilled, efficient, effective, clean, and accommodating practice. From the front desk staff to the orthodontists, everyone is stellar. The front desk answers phones quickly, schedules appointments instantly, changes appointments easily when necessary and all with a smile. The friendly technicians are always ready for each patient with their file open and personal tray of instruments ready. The office is laid out perfectly with exam chairs and parent benches spaced out well. Drs. Henseler and Kocian are kind, efficient, thorough, and keep you updated with progress. Appointments are quick, estimated appointment duration times are exact, and the estimates for overall treatment course are always spot on. This office is the perfect example of how an office should run. We are so grateful to have been able to be served by them.

Great experience from initial consult through the 18-months with braces as an adult. Everyone was always so friendly and accommodating, respectful of my time, and very efficient. I am very happy with the results and would recommend Henseler & Kocian without hesitation. Two other members of our family have also been seen/treated here and we plan on keeping them as our family orthodontists.
