Terrible experience. If you need a bone graft and bone height and a complex case, choose a well experience doctor. I had a bone graft failure and I had to get multiple opinions to confirm Dr. MacMenamin was wrong. Nobody deserve to go through an awful experience like this. I will never recommend this practice I had a bone graft failure and Dr. Luke Macmenamin was very unethical. Other dcotors even suspect that he never did the bone graft. Even in the bone graft was a failed, they never communicated the failure with ethics. After the bone graft failure, he was rude, unprofessional, and had no compassion with me even when I was in a lot of pain. Also, they cancel my appointment they same day after I had to coordinate with work. Same day very inconvenient. A lot of red flags. Never go to a practice that is not equip to deal with complications. They wanted me to wait until June for bone regeneration and by the opinion of other doctors they confirmed there was no bone graft. The practice doesn’t want to take responsibility of the failure. That’s the worse experience that a patient can experience. This practice since they are not doing the proper procedure or admitting the failure. The insurance will be investigating them. Please be careful, the consequences of practices like this are extremely stressful. I will never recommend this practice to my family or friends. May be for simple cases but complex cases look for a compassionate caring professional.
