Multiple times they have messed up with scheduling or not getting back to me when they said they would. There seems to be no accountability with the employees there. On a side note, you will get random crackheads approaching you as you are on your way to the front door. It’s just that kind of area.

just now NEW This place is a god send! I fall in the middle ground of poverty and working/middle class. I cannot afford out of pocket insurance costs but do not qualify for insurance assistance program. They have a sliding scale that accommodates your financial situation. But beyond that, they put patients and their health over profit or payment. I have went years with untreated medical conditions due to my inability to pay and being made uncomfortable at reception desks for that reason. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and resourceful. Absolutely grateful for all the services they provide.

Never scheduling another appointment here again waiting for 2 hours for my kids appointment, just to never see a doctor. Left work lost out on money, kids left school missed out on education just for time to be wasted. Clinic knew they were over booked, should have just called to cancel the appointments instead of sending reminders and messages verifying we were going to attend.
