It’s beyond disappointing to leave a message like this. I wouldn’t have if it’s not for the multiple experience I had at this clinic. I have been a loyal patient for Artisan Dental around two years. To describe how loyal I am, I have my mother, two brothers and husband all go to this clinic. The dental and hygiene service is overall okay, nothing superb nor terrible. However, their scheduling is a complete MESS. This makes my experience really horrible. They like to confirm appointment - call and message a week prior which can be annoying to some people but I get it. What makes it really terrible is recently, I booked my cleaning appointment two months ahead in-person in February with the front desk person and she noticed a deep cleaning wasn’t done so she had to confirm if a regular cleaning can be performed. I waited until she confirmed and made the appointment in April. A week before my actual appointment I called in to confirm it. And the day of my appointment only a few hours prior, I got a text message saying my appointment is canceled because they can’t do the regular cleaning without deep cleaning. I work a full-time job and can only go to appointments with PTO arranged weeks prior. This has caused so much inconvenience and frustration. However it hasn’t ended there. I the called them inquiring why they booked it the first place and couldn’t tell me a week prior when I called to confirm. All I got was nothing. So I said fine could you please schedule a reevaluation for deep cleaning so I can get that done. They went ahead and scheduled the appointment a week later. Same procedure- I called to confirm the new appointment. And I called in the same week of my new appointment, a few days before the appointment, for confirming another appointment for my brother. The receptionist Ryan, said to me that my appointment is canceled because their assistant is not in that day. At this point, they have LAST-MINUTE canceled my appointment TWICE. This has shown no respect to patients’ schedule, especially for a loyal patient. I am very disappointed and hope the management can take this matter seriously. If any of the new patient, thought of going to this clinic, think twice!

I have been going to Artisan for two years and they have been nothing but the best, they always answer all my questions and they’re very flexible with scheduling. I met a dental hygienist today Anna she was great 👍

If ZERO stars was an option, I would rate Artisan Dental that in a heartbeat. I have TWO insurances and have never experienced issues until coming to this dentist… they are apparently getting denials for deep cleanings which I have been getting for over 5 years (it’s always been covered). Artisans “deep cleaning” was the WORST and fastest I’ve ever experienced… if you brush your teeth and floss, that’s what it compares to; deep cleanings are not 20 minute appointments. Save yourself the headache and problems in which I’m dealing with now being charged over $1,000 for that terrible service. My lawyer is now going to be involved… I recommend staying away from this dentist if you want healthy teeth and reasonable pricing.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in years prior to my visit today, so I was very anxious. The staff at Artisan Dental was extremely patient and kind, and my visit was quick and as painless as possible. I left feeling relieved and optimistic, rather than upset, as I had expected to feel. Definitely recommend!
