This happened about 2 years ago, but I had to wait that long because I needed the opinion of another dentist. Oh goodness! Where do I begin? Walked in for an appointment, and was handed an iPad to fill out health history and other pertinent information. I thought, "Fancy!". Then the exams started, and my actual nightmare began. They apparently had this new "very fancy" machine for x-rays that somehow wouldn’t work when they tried to get the x-rays. So they had to do the long way which I didn’t mind. The dental hygienist kept flushing my mouth and entire face with some solution but did no cleaning or flossing. Then the dentist came in and said I had 13 cavities. No, you read that right, 13!!! I had one filling in the past and it was a preventive measure to prevent cavities from building in a chipped tooth. How did I go from one filling to needing 13?!! I picked up my bag and walked out never to return. Visited my regular dentist at Health partners the next year and was told I had no cavities. My health partners clinic requested my x-rays from Gracepoint about a year ago and they still haven’t heard anything back. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT UNNECESSARY DENTAL WORK AND TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Horrible the worst communication and planning. Today they gave topical and when I disagreed about what they communicated for a plan last time they asked me to leave. Calling dental board. Never go here...
