I was here recently for an exam, x-rays, and cleaning and Dr Marquis and her team (Christina and Justyce) were great! All of them were very personable and professional. They made me feel very comfortable and I trust them completely. I’ll be coming back!

1st visit at this Dental location. Everyone is so friendly, courteous and yet professional! There’s a friendly small town vibe that is so refreshing. I would recommend this office to ANYONE looking for a new Dentist! Top notch in every way.

Dr Joiner is now retired as this was his private practice. Since his retirement I have had 4 dentists and 3 hygienist. I have never been charged fir a cleaning bur received a bill. It was only for 23 dollars but they now are classified as delta premier. My wife and I have been going to Dr Joiner for over 10 years. I truly believe I have received quality dental care but unsure who is going to give you that care. Going to Otsego dental xare.

The dentist and cleaning was great. However, I had provided my insurance information over the phone when I initially scheduled my appointment & was told everything was good to go. When I arrived, they suddenly didn’t have any of this information on file. The receptionist was working on ensuring my coverage when the dentist assistant came to get me from the lobby. I stated I would like my insurance info processed before starting the cleaning to make sure there are no issues. The dentist assured me everything would be fine & pressured me to continue to the back to get started, which I foolishly did. After everything was completed, they told me they aren’t in network for my insurance & I need to pay $400 out of pocket on the spot. They did give me a discount down to $200 but I still think something is fishy with pressuring me to start service before having my insurance verified. I also found this dentist on my insurance website so I have no idea how they’re saying they’re not in network. Double check before going here or you’re going to get slammed with a hefty bill!

I had my first appointment at Osseo Family Dentistry today with all new staff and dentists after the retirement of Dr. Joyner. I am happy to say my experience was up to the high standards I expect. Friendly helpful office staff, efficient and thorough work by the hygienist Natasha and a quick routine examine by Dr Rich. Thank you Osseo Family Dentistry for keeping up the quality dental care I expect from this office.
