I had to pay out of pocket for my surgery because they failed to tell me they didn’t accept my specific insurance plan. I asked multiple times via phone, email, and in person if my insurance covered some of the cost and was told “yes” every time. They even had record of my insurance card in their files. After the surgery when I got my statement it stated that it did not go through my insurance. I called (had to call multiple times over the span of a week to get ahold of their billing department) and was told that they accepted my insurance provider but not the specific plan. I asked why I wasn’t notified of this and she explained it was because it was “too much information for them to remember”. This was not a cheap surgery and for them not to do their due diligence and providing a silly excuse is disappointing and disrespectful.

i had an amazing experience with dr. Rahimi as well as his whole team! i had all 4 wisdom removed with ease! i was very nervous going into it and they made the whole thing very calming and peaceful! day after surgery i am barley swollen no bruising and only taking ibprohen, truly had the best experience here and will recommend him to everyone!

I’ve had my wisdom teeth removed here and also a molar extraction. I don’t have any issues with the doctors or their assistants during surgery…. but I do feel their policy of “payment is due day of service” is odd. Every medical clinic I I’ve been to will send me a bill and if I can’t pay the full amount - then they’ll work with me on a payment plan. I get it- maybe there’s been too many people in the past that don’t pay so they implemented the payment due day if service. I don’t like the payment policy there but the doctors are very good and their surgical staff- very nice people. Just wish they had more payment options

I have had several teeth pulled by Dr. Rahimi and I can not recommend him and his staff enough! I am anxious about all things dental related. But he and his staff have always taken great care of me putting me at ease. Dr. Rahimi has always called to check on me after all the extractions and I think that’s amazing! You can tell he cares very much for his patients, and I am grateful to have found his office as not all oral surgeons are created equal. Thank you Dr. Rahimi and staff! (including Dr. Patel too, because I think he did one of my extractions too!)
