They treat you more as a dollar sign, as to a human being. I don’t know how many times I tried to get a deep clean and was told “I don’t fit the requirements “. You have to pretty much have teeth falling out to get one. Also, the head secretary is very rude. They don’t deal with insurance well so be prepared to have her scold you like a child for their incompetence. It feels like you’re a burden to the head dentist. He’s always in a rush it seems. Only good thing about this place is the dental hygienists. They’re the only nice human beings in this Establishment.

I’ve taken my kids here and I’ve been here twice myself for wisdom tooth removal. I have never had a bad experience with anyone and scheduling an appointment has always been super easy and the staff has always been understanding and accommodating including when I was an hour late for my kids appointment due to the whether they were still able to be seen despite how late we were. Dr. Alb is also probably the best dentist I have ever seen in my life. I’ve had two wisdom teeth removed by him and I didn’t feel a thing and prior to seeing him I had a huge phobia of getting them removed which is why I’m in my thirties and just now getting them taken out.

This was probably one of the worst treatment I’ve ever had from any type of medical/dental establishment. Lynn had called to inform me that they were unable to see active insurance as of the first of the month and I told her I would jump on a call with my insurance immediately because that was incorrect. I was told to “hurry up, because they have many people on our waiting list”. My insurance called her and explained there was a mix up on dental insurance on their end but I was indeed still active. I then called back to clarify what had happened and she told me “I clearly don’t know how insurance works” and refused to call my dental insurance holder to resolve the issue. She then told me there were “8 other people with the same issue this very morning and I’m the only one unresolved and needed to pay $200 upfront before my appointment”. She then tried telling me they did not even take my insurance which was also an inaccurate statement. The way I was spoken to by this woman was completely unprofessional and degrading so I asked to speak to her manager. Lynn then hung up on me. I called back and scheduled a call for 8am with her manager and never received a call back. I would never let an establishment who treats patients this way ever perform a dental service on myself or my daughter.

This morning my fiancé called to make an appointment for his 8 year old son. The receptionist was extremely rude. She said "we could get him in at 3:30 today" and he said that won’t work for our schedule and she said "so you’re putting your kids needs last"? He told me he stayed calm and still booked the appointment (for next week because he needs to be seen sometime soon but not an emergency). I absolutely cannot believe someone would talk to a patient’s parent like that. I don’t have the name of the receptionist but if the office manager would like to discuss this, please let me know how I can get a hold of you. Thank you.

I have been coming here for my dental care for the past couple of years and every time I get treated with respect and kindness. For my last appointment I was late and called ahead to let them know or to reschedule but they let me in even though I was 20 min, very lovely and professional people. My RDH Melissa was very kind and made me feel comfortable the whole time
