Integra Dental

I went in for my scheduled cleaning and was asked if I wanted x-rays, and I said no. They made it very clear that my insurance would pay for the x-rays but did not mention ‘medical necessity’ of the X-rays. I was told that they would not complete my cleaning without have the X-rays done. I denied having the X-rays and was told they could not see me that day. Two weeks later, I received a letter from Integra stating “my noncompliance of recommended treatment has led them to determine they must terminate the dentist-patient relationship”. It appears they are more interested in my insurance dollars than my dental well being.

We travel 2 hours to get our teeth cleaned here because the staff is amazing and so friendly! I was greeted right when I walked in. The staff are very honest , professional, and they went above and beyond to make sure my experience was exceptional. The office is clean, organized and I have gotten my teeth cleaned here for years!

My family and I have been coming to this dentist for a few years now and all of the staff are so friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience and they even have heated massage chairs! They remember details about me that always are brought into a friendly conversation. They allowed me to job shadow and were very insightful and kind. 10/10 recommend.
