New office is beautiful, but technician has to sit behind you where the desk is located…. Makes it hard for us old guys with tinnitus to hear questions and comments. Karen as usual does a wonderful job and is efficient and effective at her job. The Doctor who I saw explained exactly what I needed for care, but was not pushy with regards to when I scheduled it. I appreciate that greatly. I’m sorry I forgot your name, but thanks!

I have had the best dental experience at Central Avenue Dental. Beyond amazing customer service, friendly staff members, a beautiful welcoming office and doctors and hygenists that actually care about your experience. I will not go anywhere else for my dental care. The practice manager, Bailey, is friendly and very knowledgeable.

Dentist appointment from hell. They scheduled my 4 year old, (first dentist appointment) my husband and I at the same time after specifically scheduling on the phone for us to be one at a time, one right after the other, so that our kids had adults with them at all times. We arrive early, my husband and I get called back simultaneously, and we have two small children in tow. My youngest also suddenly does NOT have an appointment scheduled at all. The hygienists are visibly upset with us, they blame scheduling, and tell us that they need to speed through our cleanings instead of rescheduling so that their day is not off schedule. My husband’s cleaning, and my own, were incredibly painful and rough. I sat in the chair for 15 minutes (of a half hour appointment) and took Tylenol upon leaving. The entire experience was rushed, inconsistent, painful, and unprofessional. We felt guilty the entire time for having our kids with us, in a "child friendly dental office" with no books or toys, and with unkind comments about our children in the way when we had specifically scheduled so that this would not happen. We felt so unwelcome and uneasy the entire time.

I had a nice appointment for my teeth cleaning. The staff is helpful in scheduling, financing and answering questions. The dentist was knowledgeable and helpful in developing a care plan. The atmosphere of the office created a positive experience for me and I don’t like to go to the dentist.
