I wish I could give this place zero stars, I feel very uncomfortable being here because of how rude the staff is. At the beginning of my treatment, every visit I had the orthodontist would be joking with surrounding employees about how bad my teeth were while I was right there. I understand that I was in the process of fixing my smile, so they must’ve figured the comments were fine but they genuinely hurt my feelings every time. You are not able to come in if a bar or bracket breaks, you have to wait till your next appointment to get it fixed. The last time I was here my appointment was ridiculously long because the person taking care of me was trying to run down the clock till the end of their shift.

Dr. Smith and her staff are so wonderful! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. The office is very bright, clean, and warm. The staff is extremely patient and took the time to answer all my questions. They take care of everything! Both of my daughters have braces, and their teeth look amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone.

My daughter and I went in yesterday for a consultation, and were very impressed! From the moment we walked into the beautiful, bright, clean environment, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff was very welcoming and informative, and so friendly! We also loved that getting an appointment was very easy and that we could get in for an early morning appointment so we did not have to miss work and school. We look forward to our ongoing relationship with Blaine Orthodontics!
