I came here for teeth whitening and I left pretty irritated. First off when scheduling my appointment I made it clear I’m only making the drive here is because I have a gift card through a website they partner with and I had them verify they can take it over the phone. Of course at the time of checkout she tells me that it’s not going through and she doesn’t know how else they would enter it in so I had to pay with MY OWN MONEY after they verified I could use this gift card. And then I’m confused why I even tipped 20% at the end when I did pretty much the whole service myself, she just told me how to put it on my teeth.

I’ve had two red light therapy sessions with Christie Anne and it’s been amazing! Christie Anne really knows what she is doing, and she explains each step and benefit very thoroughly. Not only has my experience working with BodyBrite staff been amazing, but I’ve already seen results physically and walk out of there feeling amazing mentally! In addition to losing inches, I’ve seen some amazing improvements in diminishing scar discoloration as well. Thank you, Christie Anne!!

Carly performed hair removal for me in two areas over several months. She was friendly and professional every time. I received a reminder of my appointment, which helps me out. When I was there for my initial consultation I had said I’d like to have my facial hair done. Carly was honest and said my hair was very light there and it was unlikely to be successful. She said I’d be happier spending my money where it works. She was right.

So far i have had a consultation as well as my first IPL laser hair removal session. I have more to go but my experience so far has been wonderful! Clean and professional studio! Says a lot about how the business is run and i’m eager to see the lasting results of my treatments. Customer service was outstanding as well!
