Pro Dental

I encountered the rudest desk jockey named Tammy. I had the right insurance. The bad part wasn’t when I was refused service. But when Tammy showed her impatience because I asked questions. She hung the phone up. Once she realized I couldn’t be a customer she lost interest. Most clinics like this one lack a true sense of human decency. The just pretend because they need your business. Take your money and take your dignity elsewhere I beg you.

I walked in this morning just to see if they are taking new patients and if they accepted my insurance. The staff in the front said yes to both questions. To my surprise they said I could be seen right now! Other offices were 2-4 months out. The dentist came in and looked at the xray and painlessly extracted my broken tooth. The entire visit was done within an hour. I highly recommend.

Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. Sawa and Liza took the time to make sure all my scheduling needs were taken care of and were understanding and patient with me. After having had a previous experience that was not ideal, I was reluctant to find a new dentist that I could trust. Dr.Nazir took the time to explain the details of what my treatment plan included ,his dental Assistant Michelle and Zahraa treated me and my son like family.michelle was the Hygienist who did my sons teeth, she had on her time paying attention to detail and making sure he was comfortable.The staff at Pro Dental were very professional and very personable and this has been undoubtedly the best dental-related experience i’ve ever had!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I called Monday after chipping the end of one of my front teeth making it razor sharp and cutting into the inside of my upper lip. I got an appointment the very next morning even as a new patient. Dr nazir had me fixed up in no time at all and on my way. Very nice experience for someone who isn’t terribly fond of dental visits. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I could not be happier

Absolutely amazing experience! The staff at the clinic were incredibly kind and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The dentist and the assistant were thorough and gentle, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions. I left feeling well taken care of and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch dental care
