The care is great but it is impossible to get an appointment. They are currently booking February or March of next year. But still accepting new patients.

We have been going to this dentist for 20+ years. It used to be a great practice, but since they got purchased by a bigger company , I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They do not return phone calls when you leave messages ….and it’s happened several times. And sometimes you can’t even talk to anyone , and if you leave them a message to call you back , they don’t. It has gotten so bad that we are switching to a new dentist . We’ve had enough . You cannot run a business like this.

First time here as I just moved from out of state. I was seen pretty quickly after my appointment time, which is a big deal to me. My hygienist, Rebecca, was wonderful. Very personable and explained everything to me about what to expect and about insurance coverage. My dentist Dr. Petzel came in and introduced herself and did a quick and thorough exam. Easy access to the office as it’s right on and off the freeway. I’m very happy with my choice of this Dental group.

My experience at Metro DentalCare was very good. I was greeted and checked in when I arrived, and after a short wait (I arrived early) I was escorted to an examination room by my friendly and efficient hygienist. She asked about any special issues, and I told her about a couple concerns I had. During my time with her everything was carefully covered and she covered my concerns. She was efficient and thorough in the cleaning. The dentist came after the cleaning process was complete and he was friendly and asked about my concerns. He did his examination and found everything to be in very good shape. He explained about my concerns and assured me all was in good shape, but if I have returning issues I should call and get in for further examination. I was very satisfied with every aspect of my appointment.
