We love brining our daughter to sprouts they are so patient and kind with our toddler. They make sure she is comfortable with the instruments and make the experience less stressful for all of us! The team is wonderful!

My son had a great experience and seemed to receive great care here. The challenges I experienced were around payments (as others have mentioned). We had an insurance coverage change that we were unaware of this year, and ended up having to self pay for a significant Sprouts bill. Once I received the statement, it took a couple calls to connect with someone at Sprouts, and the person I spoke with to pay this bill had no empathy at all for my situation - they refused to even offer their 5% self-pay discount because I "didn’t pay at the time of the visit." I was really disappointed because I would love to have made Sprouts my kids’ long-term dentist, but I won’t be back.

The staff here was so wonderful with my daughter for her first visit. I was impressed with the ability of the team to move through her appointment with confident leadership and forward momentum, while still observing my daughter’s cues - when she showed hesitation there were wonderful moments of connection with her and building trust - we both felt so cared for and my daughter already wants to know when we get to go back to there dentist next. 5 stars isn’t enough to describe our experience!
