I love going to Circle Pines Dental. The staff is very nice and the dentist and tech explain everything to me very clearly. So I know what all my options are and I can get an estimate from my insurance on procedures

I decided to give Circle Pines Dental a try due to moving. I did extensive research and they seemed to be a good fit. I wanted to purchase their cleaning plan and get a small chipped filling fixed. This was communicated over the phone and after my appointment was made they generated a total cost and texted it to me. I called to double confirm what the cost sent to me included. On the day of my appointment, I went back and they got started fixing my tooth. Before the doctor actually did work, she told me the price to confirm and it was double what they initially told me. I said I do not want it fixed today because that was not what I was told over the phone and in text. They continued to charge me for a x ray before I left and I was very upset with how they handled the situation. After the fact, they claimed the couldn’t generate a cost before looking at my tooth. If this was communicated to me when I called to confirm the price they specifically texted me, then this would not have been an issue. They scammed me into paying a $114 x-ray because they did this work before changing the total cost. There was clearly incorrect information relayed to me from one of the front desk reps. I will not be going back to this clinic ever again and hope no one else will have the same experience. Very unprofessionally handled by them.

The service is superb! Love how accommodating and friendly their staffs are. Kim made sure to send me reminders about the date and time of my schedule. My chipped front tooth was restored perfectly. I love how thorough and detailed Dr. Stentz is while doing the job. Julie, Kim and the rest of the team made me really comfortable during my visit. Will definitely recommend Circle Pines Dental to my family and friends. Now I’m back to being confidently beautiful with a SMILE😄 Thank you Circle Pines Dental!
