Gracepoint Family Dentistry

My children have been going here for the past 3 years and every visitation has been a great experience! From the receptionists to the dentists, every encounter has been pleasant and educational. I especially had a great phone conversation with Kory the other day regarding concerns I had about my daughter. She happily spent time breaking down what symptoms I needed to look for and how to take care of my daughter without making me feel unwelcome nor rushed. Highly recommend!

We just had stellar service at Gracepoint today. Everyone- including the front desk staff, hygienist, and dentist were super-helpful, kind, and gentle. We have had cleanings, crowns, and fillings done there, and have had consistently great experiences. We would recommend them to anyone.

Our whole family goes here. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend them for anyone and any age. Our son has been seen since he was 2 years old (now 5) and Jessica has been fantastic with him the entire time. She explains what everything is and what is she is going to do. He looks forward to getting a new tooth brush and toy from the treasure box each time. Dr. Kay is just as awesome with our kid as well always talking to him and interacting during the checkup. I have had 3 of my wisdom teeth yanked and all of it went very smoothly even with my hooked roots. Follow ups were a breeze as well. Front desk employees (drawing a blank on names you know who you are :) ) are always very helpful and wonderful to deal with. Answering any questions we may have and they do an awesome job dealing with insurance even when insurance is being a pain they will work with you and fight for you tell it is resolved.

Dr. K is amazing! Both my daughter and husband have had bad experiences at other dentists in the past and were scared to go back. He made them feel so comfortable and was very gentle. He has completely changed their perception of going to the dentist and I am forever great full for that! In addition he has been very flexible in making sure he is able to get patients in as needed for time sensitive appointments. We are moving soon and I can only hope to find a nee dentist that is even half as competent and compassionate as Dr. K!!!

Love Gracepoint Dental! Everyone is super friendly and nice. All of their equipment is super new, they have all the latest technology. Dr. Kay is the most gentle dentist I have ever been to, and my hygienist was great too. My teeth don’t hurt after a cleaning like they did at other places. We will continue to come to Gracepoint! I also wanted to add that they do a wonderful job with kids! My daughter (age 3 1/2) just had her first dental cleaning, x-rays and exam and they did a wonderful job! Her hygienist, Jessica explained what all the instruments did before using them. She even let my daughter squirt the water! Our daughter is very shy, and they did a great job getting her to stand for x-rays and sit still through the entire procedure. Will definitely recommend bringing children to Gracepoint! They do a great job, as usual!
