I wish I could rate the customer service phone experience separate from the office experience! Phone experience would be 1 star if I could review that separate and the office visit experience would be 5 stars! Every time I go into the Stillwater office it always feels so welcoming and everybody is always smiling, I actually look forward to my follow up appointments! The thing I don’t find pleasant is having to call the phone number and get directed to their main phone system for scheduling and having someone answer the phone and be rude to me when I ask simple questions like "what days does this location have available". The phone calls are recorded so I would love for whoever is in charge of the phone systems to listen to the call. (I called at 2:43 pm on Wednesday March 18th for whoever reads this review) I ended up ending the conversation stating I would call back later hoping for someone a bit more helpful. I have had nothing but good things to say about this place up until my last few appointments I have had to schedule over the phone. DO NOT let my review deter you from going here Dr. Wolff is AMAZING and so nice. I guess what I am trying to say is schedule your appointment at the front desk with the lovely receptionists before leaving so you don’t have to deal with rude people! UPDATE: Katie called me back and informed me that she listened to the phone call and stated that I should not have been treated that way. I changed my 3 star review to a 5 star review because not even an hour after posting this she gave me a call. Once again, DO NOT LET MY REVIEW DETER YOU FROM GOING HERE. They truly do care about their customers and I love going here. Thank you so much Katie!

All the staff of smile Orthodontics are friendly.they will always explained what next to do after your treatment. I’m grateful for the great services they have given my child.

My daughter just got her braces off and we have loved the experience at Smile! The staff are amazing, super accommodating to get appointment’s and they go above and beyond in customer service. And most importantly, my daughters teeth look amazing-thank you!!!

Couldn’t be happier with our experience at smile orthodontics!! They are friendly, informative and made both my sons very comfortable with their experiences with getting braces put on! Would highly recommend them 100 percent!! Alicia is awesome!!
