I have massive dental anxiety and I love the staff here! I do wish they would take care credit, but that’s my only complaint.

Had my braces done here back in early high school/late middle school for a period of 2 and a half years. Left crying every visit since they weren’t gentle/careful and pinched/poked my lip with the wires. In the time since then, all other dentists have said they didn’t fix my bite correctly. My teeth remained flared out so now I’m going to need Invisalign anyways.

I love going to Park Dental. The staff is friendly and does a fantastic job. I appreciate having the same amazing dental hygienist every time. Dr. Peterson is a fantastic Dentist. The flexible hours allows our family of five to get the care we need with less stress (Sat for kids, weekdays after 5pm for me). Thank you!

I would give zero stars if I could. Park Dental has decided to no longer support our troops and no longer accepts Tricare insurance. I have been a loyal customer since 2005 and this is how I’m treated. Just go find someone else, no thanks for your years of business. I hope others make the choice to find a different dentist that supports our Soldiers and loyal customers!

As someone who doesn’t like going to the dentist, I’m surprised myself to be writing a glowing 5-star review about how much I love my dentist! COVID came and I procrastinated and skipped the dentist for almost 3 years and was a apprehensive to go back. I assumed I’d be lectured and physically uncomfortable, but instead everything was amazing from the start. My hygienest was Anika, and she’s the daughter of a dentist and it shows! She’s somewhat newer about 5-6 years out of school and that’s a good thing as she’s still energized about her work and she’s very into the latest and greatst in dental technology from xray imaging to dental records and cleaning tools! After my 3 year hiatus Anika had work to do and she used an "ultrasonic scaler" to get my teeth nice and clean. Anika was friendly, fantastice at her job, and seemed truly passionate about doing a great job for me! She worked quickly but didn’t seem rushed and she explained everything she was doing without ever asking me to respond or engaging in small talk. A++ Anika you’re one of the very best hygienest I’ve ever had. You do quality work and you know how to show you’re kind and friendly without too much talking. I’m an extrovert and love conversations, just not when I’m in the dentist chair. I had a follow up appointment to fix an old cavity that had chipped and was starting to turn into a cavity again. Once again, I was not excited to show up as the dentist truly makes me nervous, and once again it was one of my best ever experiences at the dentist! Dr. Petersen continued to impress me with what Park Dental has to offer she was empathetic and made sure I was as comfortable as possible for my procedure. She got the little things right from the start like noticing the dental chair wasn’t adjusted well and she fixed that so I wouldn’t get a sore neck, and I’ve definately had dentists who didn’t care about their patients to that level. Dr Petersen is clearly excellent at her job as a dentist and she takes it one step farther on the little things. After my cavity was filled she did that bite test strip like 10 times to get my filling just perfect so it won’t feel funny when I chew, and I really appreciate that attention to detail. Thank you so much to Anika, Dr. Petersen, and everyone else at Park Dental! By the nature of dentistry I know you have some bad reviews, but never let that get you down. You are the best! You care the most! And it shows! I’d be lying if I said I’m excited to go back in 6 months, but it will be my pleasure to return with a new level of calm.
