Apparently we visited in January and then again mid-year and then they scheduled us “6 months out” for December 27 without bothering to remind me that it would be our third visit in the calendar year for our kids. So because we were 4 days early it cost us hundreds out of pocket rather than insurance covering our routine appointments, as they only do twice per year. I know as the consumer I should have double checked and it is ultimately my responsibility, but a little common courtesy would probably be a decent business practice, as most other offices would do. Update after business responded to the review: I did call the office prior to writing my original review and was told “that’s too bad.” What is going to be different if I call again?

I have received wonderful dental service in the past from this clinic. Sadly, when a family member (a child) needed emergency dental work they were turned away. There was no kindness, compassion or empathy demonstrated by the office staff. I won’t be back.

After being a longtime customer, just know they will bill you for a canceled appointment. This is after the dentist canceled on me, and then delayed my Invisalign next tray for 6 weeks! I had to wear the same set for that long until she was back after a last minute cancel. Seems I should be able to send an invoice back.

Their staff is always kind and friendly. They make you feel very comfortable especially if you have anxiety. They give you different options as far as plan of care, and we have always had very good appointments when we go.

First time there. Nikki was great and personable. Dr. Admundson was great too. Glad I found this new dental office. Much nicer and more caring than the large conglomerate that I used to go to.
