Terrible place. The female nurses there are wonderful. I feel bad for what they are putting patients through. Bad vibe off the bat. If you have anxiety or anything bad I wouldn’t go here, they are not comforting and just want their money. They want you in and out and that’s it. The gentleman who runs the place (have NO idea what the name is and is hard to find…) yelled at a patient and told the workers there “TO NEVER SCHEDULE THIS GUY AGAIN” very unprofessional. This guy should not be in charge of a practice at all. Very traumatizing to people. The nurses were trying to help and settle down someone while the guy just wanted to get his money and be done. They don’t take state insurance either. This is not okay to put someone through that experience when we are suppose to come to you guys for help and comfort. Very dissatisfied and will never recommend anyone to come here. Please go to a different place who will take the time to address your needs and help you. Once again, the nurses are wonderful there but the gentleman who is in charge is not good. The guy raised his voice and told a patient he was “wasting his time”

These people do NOT care if you miss an appointment due to Covid or simply making a mistake. Due to a Covid exposure I had to postpone an appointment I waited SIX MONTHS for (due to being on Forward Health). My wife missed the re-schedule and then when I called back to (re) reschedule was rudely informed by LeAnna that "we cannot reschedule because you missed the appointments. At no point was I aware of this, and have never heard of anyone completely REFUSING patents for circumstances beyond their control. There is NOWHERE else I can go since there are no other providers that take forward health. I acknowledged that the 2nd appointment was missed because my wife forgot to put the reminder into her phone and that when she was called she couldn’t get the phone because she is not allowed to have it at work yet the reception lady was completely uncaring and showed absolutely ZERO compassion for the situation despite already having been waiting since early May for the consultation. Her reply of, "I don’t MAKE the rules, sir, but unfortunately there is NOTHING else I can do." and not even trying to understand where I am coming from despite waiting for this procedure for nearly nine months (after jumping through the hoops for the state), is completely unacceptable. "We couldn’t make money because you missed your appointment" REALLY?!!? I have never encountered anyone LESS empathetic in regards to the medical / dental field in my entire life. After ensuring she FULLY understood my anger at the situation and her lack of professionalism, she hung up on me. Will ensure my dentist hears about this as well and seriously considers NOT referring patients if this is the quality of care that they will get from their staff.

I showed at 11 and stayed in my truck as instructed waiting for their call. At 11:26 I called and she said we had a longer than normal surgery but you can come in now. The receptionist gave me questions about Covid. She said, ”You have to reschedule because we don’t see anybody within 30 days after symptoms are gone.” I hadn’t had symptoms for over a week and two other dentists saw me knowing that. 1) why not tell someone at 11 that they’ll have to wait and the reason? I wonder how long it would’ve been if I hadn’t called at 11:26? 2) why didn’t the scheduler tell me about the most unusual policy of waiting 30 days until after symptoms are gone before they can see you? I live in Saint Paul so it was the better part of an hour to get to Stillwater and back plus a half an hour waiting in the parking lot. I told her I would not be rescheduling with them for sure.
