This was my first time to Twin Cities Dental and I had an excellent visit! I am new to MN from AK and the technologies in TCD are superior in comparison. I felt welcomed and a professional and personable experience. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

My hygienist was so kind even though it has been some time since I had been to the dentist. She didn’t judge and offered great feedback and insight. My dentist was gentle and gave feedback with a plan in a gentle manner. I appreciated their above and beyond gentle approach to a healthier smile.

I would like to start by saying I have gone to Twin Cities Dental for years but this time will be my last. I went in for a regular check up and I ran into a few problems. First one being insurance, I was told before and after my appointment by the front desk lady that I had no copay because my insurance covered it. However, I got a call a few days later saying that my insurance was expired and they did not take my new insurance so I had to pay $400 out of pocket. This is partially my fault since I should have checked to see if my insurance was expired, I understand. But when calling to give my card information the lady of the phone was the most unpleasant person you could talk on the phone with. She was snappy, rude, and in a horrible mood. Secondly, I got 4 wisdom teeth pulled out 4-5 years ago at Twin Cities Dental and they couldn’t get my one of them out fully so they took out half of it out and sewed my gums back up (I still had to pay for all 4 teeth). 4-5 years later they take an X-ray and told me I need to go to an orthodontist to get the rest of the teeth out because it is coming up again. I would think that from the beginning they could have told me that they couldn’t get the 4th tooth and I could go somewhere else but maybe I’m wrong. Honestly, to me I feel like they do not care about their patients and do everything they can do to get money from them.

I usually go to the Andover branch, but this time, I went to Champlin branch because it is the one that offers implants. I arrived 10mins before my appointment (1pm). However, by 1:45pm, I still hadn’t been seen by the dentist. I had to leave because I had another appointment. They explained that the dentist was in the middle of a lengthy treatment. They shouldn’t put me on that schedule if there is a lengthy treatment beforehand. It was a waste of my time. The dental assistant was nice though.

I love coming to the Dentist as each time is such a lovely experience. I always get top notch service and wonderful care, the Tech gal’s are so wonderful, always put me at ease. And before I started coming here I hated the dentist, wouldn’t go unless I absolutely had to. It is a wonderful atmosphere!!!!! I also have beautiful teeth.
