I was hesitant if treatment would be beneficial but after meeting with milestones team, going over all my options, I was confident they could address my concerns. 15 months flew by, appts were a breeze, always felt welcomed at appts. Very happy with results, glad I went thru them!! Definitely recommend!

My son and I had an excellent experience with Milestone Orthodontics. The staff is so friendly and treat you like family. The ease of making appointments/ adjustments was so easy and fast. Dr. Rensch was the best too, explaining the whole process and great personality. I highly recommend this place for any Ortho needs! Shout out to Stephanie high-five 🙌

After transferring from an out-of-state orthodontist, Dr. Rensch took great care to continue my daughter’s treatment and the braces are now coming off! The staff is all very knowledgeable, kind and helpful and appointments are easily scheduled and convenient!

I am 43 and have ground down my bottom front teeth. I have 2 children that are being seen by Dr. Iwen and team and they are being taken care of wonderfully. I came into a consult and was seen by Dr. Rensch to take a look at my teeth. He partnered with my Dentist Dr. Dan at Sweet Tooth. They worked well together to come up with the best plan to correct my bite and straighten my teeth to set me up for crowns that will last and look amazing. My braces are now coming off and I am very grateful for the entire staff. They are caring and efficient with each appointment. Look no further, this team is the best.
