Twin Cities Dental

I went to Twin Cities Dental after having multiple bad experiences at my previous dentist. Everyone I saw was so welcoming and kind. The Dentist has me laughing, which is much appreciated given how stressful being at the dentist can be. They gave me such great information. I actually am looking forward to go back which is not something I thought I would ever say about a dentist.

From the moment I first called in to completing my appointment, each person I came into contact with was kind, knowledgeable, patient and engaged in helping me! A wonderfully warm and familial environment filled w professional integrity and trust! I would highly recommend Milos Tomaides and team to all of my family and friends!

Going to the dentist has always caused anxiety for me. No matter how many times I’ve done this, each time is like the first. But the staff here ALWAYS makes me feel so comfortable. They accept my fear and help me through it, they are so welcoming, caring, understanding and NEVER judgmental. Never make me feel as if I’m beneath them, or insane for having these fears (even though I tell myself that). I appreciate them SO much more, considering the experience I have had with my kids dentist office. I know and appreciate the job every single person in this office does. Whether it’s the ladies at the front who welcome me in with a smile and wave at me when I’m leaving with a smile. Whether it’s the hygienist (I’ve seen several) who talk with me, maybe not fully understand my fear but at no point do they show it or make me feel wrong. They check on me continuously throughout my cleaning/procedures, just to make sure I’m ok. Or if it’s Dr Milos making me laugh even in the most uncomfortable situations, also SO very kind with his words and puts a lot of care into his patients. I know every one has a certain job description that they are to carry out there, but they go beyond that. They care, they understand, they make you feel heard and important to them. I can’t thank Everyone here enough for doing more than you “have” to, and being a very SAFE place for someone like me. Y’all have made a difference in my life and I always leave feeling so much better, not just my mouth, but just in general. A smile, a caring heart, comforting words, those go such a long way. Thank y’all for being just that!

!!!!!!!!DO NOT GO FOR ORTHO!!!!!!!!! I made the STUPID mistake of going here for braces. Fast forward a few years and now I am getting Invisalign by an actual orthodontist. Please, please, please, save your money and go to a specialist who does ortho everyday. I wish I could go back in time and save the thousands of dollars that I spent- also avoid having two teeth extracted just to need implants and crowns now. I had asked Dr. Fahresti questions about why my teeth (they were baby teeth on my lower arch) had to be extracted, but not the baby tooth on my upper arch (I had barely, if any, crowding). Long story short he became very abrasive and does not take being questioned well. I chose to come here before starting a career in the dental field- now that I have been in the dental field for a few years I have realized that my treatment with Dr. F was very shady. While my braces were on, I worked with orthodontists who showed concern about my treatment and had never seen the brackets that were placed on my teeth. On a positive note, the hygienists, assistants, reception, and Dr. Milos were very lovely.

I went to TC Dental for a cleaning because my current dentist is out of network on my new Medicare policy. My last checkup everything was fine, but the folks at TC Dental determined I needed a deep cleaning and scaling. Multiple appointments and hundreds of dollars out of pocket. An hour and half at the office, seemed more like a timeshare presentation than a dental appointment. Never cleaned my teeth. I got a second opinion. I won’t be going back.
