I brought my 11 year old daughter to the clinic for the regular hygiene visit. We first saw hygienist and waited for the Dr. for more than 25 minutes. No apologies given for the delay and she was not professional as she was only talking to my 11 year old daughter about molars coming out and the need to wiggle out the baby teeth. She was showing my daughter on the screen of the computer, the molar coming out. I was sitting behind the computer monitor and was not able to see what she was showing my daughter. As I got up to lean forward, she just ignored me. She needs to address parents not the minors as they do not understand what she is talking about.
