I am thankful for Dr Wille and his staff. My most recent visit to the North Branch clinic confirmed that the clinic facility is always spotlessly clean, the staff members are personable and professional, and they seem to enjoy working together. As an adult who has completed orthodontic treatment, I appreciate the ability of the staff to interact with young teens and their parents, and those of us who are much older than that. Each person in the waiting room and "in the chairs" was treated with respect and pleasantness. I highly recommend Dr Wille as orthodontist.

They always provide the best service. I highly recommend for your orthodontic care! They usually have me in and out in less than 15 minutes for those of you that have dental anxiety.

My daughter went there for braces. She has very high anxiety and I felt like each assistant she had was very impatient and close to rolling their eyes each time she got upset. I am taking my son to the other ortho in North Branch and I’m super happy with how they have been with him. I Smile told him he would be able to get Invisilign then a few months later changed their minds even though his teeth didn’t change. My son (who is Autistic) was devastated. The Ortho is very knowledgeable and patient though. Just not happy with any of the assistants at all.

This is truly a great place and an amazing team!!! My daughter was nervous about her process of getting an expander and they eased her fear immediately, So warm and caring!! She love the patient hub where she can get gift cards for completing surveys and doing what she is supposed to at home with her expander! Couldn’t recommend ISmile more!!!!
