Got in so quick like no wait time! My boyfriend came with me to with no appointment and got in the same time as me! Staff are so kind.

The schedulers and front desk staff valued my time by scheduling multiple services in each visit. The assistant, hygienist and dentist were all very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Thank you ladies! 😊 See you again soon!

I prefer to share positive experiences with businesses, but I have to warn anyone who is even considering Aspen Dental. This was, by far, the WORST dental experience I have ever had in my entire life. I’m also someone who goes every 6 months like you’re supposed to. The x-ray technician was visiting the location that day and was not familiar with the equipment. I’ve had plenty of x-rays before, but this one HURT. She told me to bite down harder as the mouth separator was digging into my gums. I physically could not - there was no room for it to go. This continued on for 10 minutes. Also, your cleaning may not happen on the same day. I had to come back another day (why even schedule my appt then)?! I did have cavities that needed to get filled. They pulled me into a separate room to walk me through the cost estimate. I said okay. They said you need to prepay. I said okay I’ll make sure to have my payment ready when I come. They said no… you need to prepay right now for your future fillings. Then proceeded to charge my card for hundreds of dollars. So then I come back for the fillings. I know there can be discomfort or pain. But it’s like they created extreme sensitivities that weren’t there before. Now, 8 months later, I struggle daily with sensitivity to crunchy and cold foods. It’s terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Find a different dentist.

I have been going to Aspen Dental in Cambridge, MN for a few years. I went in recently, due to a massive tooth ache. I went in had my X-rays and exam, which were all free. Due to having multiple missing teeth, I was given the choice of getting dentures ( which was about 3 years ago.) I wasn’t able to secure all the financing at the time. This time I was able to get my uppers done first. The practice manager, Sherri, she was amazing at helping me get the financing I needed, plus told me about how much insurance would cover, plus all discounts I would receive. They were able to get my tooth pulled the same day, and I had a credit on my account, so I didn’t have to pay for my extraction. I’m going back this week to get my upper teeth pulled. I will report back. By the way, with my insurance and discounts, I’m only paying $1250! That’s amazing. Great team!

New patient seen today 12/27/23. Staff was great and friendly. Down to business and told you everything you need to know and then some. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is I’m going back for a filling and I want to see how it goes first. Overall one of the better dental offices I’ve seen. I went with their out of pocket savings plan that’s 39 bucks a year since I’m currently uninsured and for the initial exam, x rays that definitely didn’t trigger my gag reflex, a cleaning they were able to fit me in for and pre paying for the filling it was 415 total, including the 39 dollar plan fee. Not bad at all in my experience. Everyone seemed to be well versed in their skills as well. Will update after the filling. Filling went great. I have always had to go back to have them adjusted but this one was one and done. Almost no irritation after as well which is also a first for me. 👍
