I was a patient of Dr. Pastrell’s for nine years, until I recently moved out of the area. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Pastrell, as well as the entire staff at Bigelow, Pastrell, Buchanan & Hartzell Dentistry. From the front office staff to the Dental Hygienists and the Dentists themselves, they are all highly competent and pleasant to deal with. Their office is spotless, and I truly appreciated how they never tried to push unnecessary treatments on me. I will miss my conversations with Judy, my Dental Hygienist, who was a kick to talk with about our mutual passion - cycling. Judy always did an excellent job on my teeth and I loved hearing about her cycling trips. I would love it if I could continue going to Dr. Pastrell. But I’m 350 miles away now. Oh well, maybe someday Dr. Pastrell will move to my area. If he does, I hope he brings Judy along too. :-)

Always had an aweful time going to a dentist growing up but they make it so nice and relaxing that I actually like going to the dentist now. Such a great team of people!

Attention to detail! Everyone I had contact with. From the friendly front office staff, Hygienist Jessica and Dr Pastrell all did an amazing job! My sons braces were put on for a reasonable price and I cant wait to see the final results. Highly recommend!

Dr. Pastrell is extremely professional. He has been my dentist for quite some time and I strongly recommend him and his staff. He has taken care of everything for me, whether it is a filling or orthodontics (I got braces in my 40’s) he truly is a master of his craft. The office staff is polite, courteous and are always so helpful. Thank you Dr. Pastrell for being someone I can trust to do the right thing for me and my family!

My son had a horrible experience at a pediatric dentist office on Medford so I switched him to this office a little unsure how he would do after that visit with the previous dentist. He was a little scared but we met Dr Hartzell and he had to do some fillings on my son 3 to be exact. LONG shot short he fell asleep in the chair after 1 filling and just local anesthetic no other meds. He felt comfortable and content! I love this office and the staff. So welcoming and also had klove on. Wonderful feeling knowing the people that are working on my children are also belivers!! Thank you!!! I sm One happy mama
