Zero stars, really. I almost feel like it’s enough to say that I’ve been trying to get my crown finished for almost a year. This office refuses to schedule more than one appointment at a time. Even when I am required to have a cleaning and exam before having my next appointment for my crown, and the doctor was unable to do my exam during my appointment. So instead of scheduling the exam and also getting my crown booked, I have to wait 2 weeks to get the exam done (which again, was supposed to be done during the cleaning appointment), and THEN schedule the next step in getting my crown done. This policy of only seeing one appointment at a time is ridiculous and the fact that an exception wouldn’t be made despite THEIR failure to complete the services of my appointment shows a lack of empathy and good customer service entirely. I have never experienced such a terrible way of doing business from any doctor, across the board.
