River City Denture & Dental

First of all, the equipment is outdated and not sanitary. Secondly, the staff is unprofessional and rude. I have never had to schedule two different days for xrays and exam, which is a waste of my time and gas. I have never been treated so badly, and that’s certainly saying a lot considering I almost always leave any dentist’s office in tears. This one just made my blood boil. Sadly, all I can do is shake my head at how ignorant they are as well as sit and write this review. I would advise against seeing this office.

As old friends, I went to River City Dental to get new dentures. After almost two years and months of trial fits, still don’t have teeth that fit properly and are not cosmetically acceptable. They billed my insurance right away in 2018 before completing the teeth. They are asking for full payment and have never got the teeth to fit me correctly. I was going back and forth with trial fittings and adjustments, sometimes they had the teeth for a month or longer between fittings. At the last trial fitting back in March 2020, I returned the teeth. I told them I was done with them. Wanted my money back. They Refused. I wanted to get teeth somewhere else and wanted the money refunded. They are still asking for full payment for teeth that I don’t have. Office staff has been rude saying, if I don’t pay in full, they will take me to collection. ( Never got teeth that fit. The teeth were returned ) Next, I’m reporting them to the State Denture & Dental Board and getting an attorney. Not happy !!! My review - Don’t got there !!!

Horrible. Front desk lady is rude as can be. Dentist made my mouth worse, has the shakes. Truly unprofessional. I’m afraid to go to any dentist because of this experience. Definitely run away, your insurance will be accepted somewhere else. They operate outdated equipment on top of it all. Do not go!!!!!!!

They don’t even deserve one star. I have never seen a "dr." Treat a Child the way he did my son. First off he didn’t numb him enough and when my son told him it still hurt he didn’t stop to give him more novacaine he just proceeded to reef at my son’s tooth. He then broke my son’s tooth into four pieces. He pulled out two of those four chunks. The whole time my son is screaming in pain and crying. After pulling those two chunks he stops and says to my husband and my son. " I can’t do this I’m done with u get the hell out of my office. At this point my husband is furious. Instead of trying to calm him down by explaining what’s going on they grab him by the arm and try escorting him out. I go in and ask them what they were going to do about this because now his tooth was in pieces with the tooth broke off at the gum and nerves exposed. They were sending us home with pain meds and antibiotics with a referral to a orthodontic surgeon. They told me that because of the infection they weren’t able to numb it enough. Well first of all what dentist pulls a tooth while there’s an infection. And second of all if u can’t numb it enough then u should not proceed with the extraction. So parents do not take ur children to him. He does not know what he is doing.

Made me very comfortable and was compassionate to my anxiety. The work Dr. White did was amazing and I had no discomfort during any of the procedures! I recommend this dentist for anyone that wants a relaxed atmosphere and a great dental experience
