I was recently fitted for a retainer which is designed to help patients who suffer from sleep apnea. Dr. Holm and staff are knowledgeable and truly want what is best for his patients. Having bad experience with C=pap machines I was skeptical about my chances to adapt to the retainer. But I am using it nightly with good results. I now wake up daily with energy and am able to function all day long.. Most of all, I enjoy being in a good mood instead of feeling tired and irritable. Thanks to Dr. Holm.

I have beeen told that I (allegedly) snore and I had heard of sleep apnea but I didn’t think I had it. I met Dr Holm and I was shocked to find out that I may have it and learned about how not sleeping well can affect my overall health. I went to RDSS and I did a sleep sudy at home using a device worn on my head while I slept to determine that I have sleep apnea. Dr Holm had an oral appliance made for me. While it did take some getting used to, I have an overall improvement to my health and don’t fall asleep during the day anymore. Rumor has it, I no longer sore. Dr Holm and Cierra are great and I highly recommend Rogue Dental Sleep Solutions.

Dr. Holms has changed my life! For about 1.5 years I struggled with not being able to sleep and severe anxiety. I am a very healthy 54 year old woman. I exercise daily and eat mostly fruits and veggies. I thought sleep apnea was for overweight people. It turns out it’s very prevalent in young women. I could not sleep with a cpap machine, so Dr Holm suggested a new mouth piece. I sleep all through the night now. I have little to no anxiety anymore!!! I am so happy. Dr. Holm and Sierra are such nice and relatable people, great Dr. To patient relationship. I would recommend them to anyone. If you suffer from lack of sleep and anxiety and meds aren’t your style please give them a call!

My husband has been very pleased with the results of his visit to Rogue Dental Sleep Solutions! With his new mouth guard, he doesn’t snore any more. He doesn’t need a nap an hour after he gets up in the morning and he has more energy. He was up to go to the restroom only one time last night as compared to several times a night before he got his mouth guard. The staff was professional, interested, and kind. I will definitely recommend this company to others.
