Cleaning 2Great Experience 2The front girls run very poor business. I had some issues with billing and instead of trying to listen to my concerns I got shut down over and over again while I was trying to speak. Manager just kept talking over me. Just because you’re louder doesn’t mean you’re right! My insurance had sent them a check a month ago and they never tried to process a refund. I had to call my insurance to find out they’d already taken the payment. I believe they had no interest in actually returning it if I hadn’t have called. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. What a joke.

I have always had a great experience with all staff members and dentists at Klamath Smiles. They have taken great care of me and are very considerate, compassionate, professional, and kind.

I called with an emergency broken tooth and my Dentist just moved from the area. I was referred to Klamath Smiles and told they are open on Fridays and take emergencies. The receptionist told me they only take people who want to be new patients(I understand and planned to find a new dentist) but was told that even though my tooth was broken and exposed, they couldn’t see me until October. What kind of Dentistry makes someone wait 4 months with a broken tooth which is. exposed. Not someone with any empathy or ethics. That is why I gave them a #1.star review.

Im glad I found this dental place! Clean, modern, new, organize and spacious. Dr.Bailey’s nice, the assistant is helpful and hygienist Courtney did a great job in cleaning my teeth. Thanks guys!

Klamath Smiles is a wonderful dental care facility! Today was my first experience with Klamath Smiles and every aspect was above and beyond my expectations. The reception team as a whole is exceptionally friendly, and made the scheduling and payment process very easy and comfortable, Ruby especially was very kind and maintained discretion and the utmost professionalism during our engagements. My dental hygienist Courtney was also very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. With over 15 years of experience in the role, she took my x-rays and effortlessly carried out the tedious cleaning process with ease, all while making sure I was comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire process. I saw Dr. Dove, DDS, briefly, but he too was very kind, professional, and seemed to genuinely enjoy his work. The environment at Klamath Smiles is one of a very welcoming nature. The facility itself is very clean and the office building is quite modern and very aesthetically pleasing. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone!
