Cleaning 2No longer Dr Defazio’s.! Retired and sold to Precision dental. Thought I would try after being a patient of Dr. Defazio’s for the past 15 years. The reception is welcoming. However, they ask you to pay for things that your insurance does not cover That they Require for you to have a dental cleaning-???? Ask!! Had my first root canal ever, , some gum complications afterwards, found the dentist’s , Dr. Kang and Howard, to be insensitive about the pain. The hygienist is now using ultrasonic water to remove plaque . When I asked to use the traditional method of tools, because of teeth sensitivity, she said it would take longer …. Then she asked the other technician to get her other patient ready. I found this unprofessional. I will not be going back.

Very respectful and courteous staff, cleaning procedure was easy and relatively comfortable, Doctor Howard was great help and very professional.

Dan has been our dentist for most of the 30 years we’ve lived in Abq. We love his manner and patience and the fact that he has saved the occasional tooth every now and then.

I love the entire staff at Dr. DeFazio’s office including Dr. DeFazio! I’ve had nothing but lovely experiences and they are always completely transparent about costs and procedures. I highly recommend Dr. DeFazio.

I have been seeing Dr. De Fazio since 2003. He’s a wonderful dentist and cares about his patients. His front desk staff is professional and friendly. I believe they treat people as people treat them. Love the hygienist. The office is spotless. I like that Dr. De Fazio always includes me in decision making about my teeth. He doesn’t tell me what I need but gives me options and I get to decide with no pressure! Love Dr. De Fazio and his staff and would not ever consider going anywhere else.
